Filterpac 500
anti-pollution device,

Filterpack 500 is a post-water treatment anti-pollution device.
Can be used on micro particulate abatement systems. Very effective for achieving optimal results with a maximum air flow up to 500 m³/h.
Usable on the AH250 soot cleaning machines.

MATCHING AND REFINEMENT EQUIPMENT
If it wants to eliminate more odors, or if the diffusion of the steam coming out of the machine is to be attenuated, a post-treatment device is available. It based on filtering septa of various types, applicable at the machine outlet.
This device, due to its resistance, must necessarily be equipped with a fan and inverter.
The Filter pack is a filter box with 4 grooves for supporting the filters themselves. It cannot lean directly on the machine, as the outlet of the machine itself and the size of the filterpack are not the same. There is, therefore, a manifold, that is to be attached to the exit of the machine with an array of screws.
The second crown of screws will tie the collector to the box. The joints must be siliconized.
A hopper has to be installed on the top of the box (supplied). Screws and silicone-coated also secure it. Above all this, the fan must be fixed, through its joint d. 250 male / female.
It is advisable to fasten the fan to reliable support (e.g., with suitable wall brackets) so that it does not vibrate.
NOTE:
The FILTER PACK device does not guarantee absolute filtration. In some cases, between the soot cleaner machine and the filter pack, an opening is made. Fitted with a butterfly valve, to let in the fresh air, which contributes to the condensation of the steam.
